About Us

Riley Companies is a multifamily property management and development company founded in 2010. We own and manage properties in Minneapolis, Bloomington, Golden Valley and Richfield. Our units range in size from studio to two bedroom units. We exclusively manage all of the properties we own, and take pride in providing our residents with well maintained, quiet, and secure apartment rentals. Our philosophy is to provide excellent customer service to all residents, and respond to any request large or small in a timely and professional manner.
